HOW TO USE THE NO CONTACT SERVICE DROP BOX

When coming in for service, we encourage you to use our no contact service drop box. To get to the drop box, you can take turn onto Centennial Circle from Burlington pike, and then take the second left to get to our Kia store.
Once you arrive at the service dropbox, fill out the envelope provided. Place your keys in the envelope and slide the envelope in the mail slot located on the service garage door.
Once in our care, we will put a protective cover on your vehicle's steering wheel, seat, and windshield wiper lever and place a disposable floor mat on the floor of your car.
A: When you come in to our Kia service department, you will need to bring your driver's license, credit card, both remote master keys, and your extended warranty contract when applicable.
Q: How should I schedule an appointment?
A: We recommend that any service (other than an emergency) should be scheduled through an appointment. This will help ensure your service is performed as quickly as possible. You may schedule an appointment online via our service scheduler, or you can call our direct service line at (866) 982-3596. Keep in mind your appointment time is to see the advisor for consultation of your vehicle's needs and actual work will be performed later.
Q: Can I drop off my vehicle outside of normal business hours?
A: Yes! If you are leaving your vehicle outside of normal business hours, there is an early bird/ after hours drop box located next to the service entrance.
Q: Do you offer Roadside Assistance?
A: Yes! You can receive Roadside Assistance by calling the toll-free number, 1-800-333-4542.
Q: Do you service non-Kia makes?
A: We service ALL makes and models! Not only do we service Kia vehicles, but our factory-trained ASE Certified Technicians can perform service on ANY vehicle. Let our service advisors and technicians take care of all your service needs regardless of what you drive!
Q: Is there alternative transportation available?
A: Yes! Our shuttle service is available Monday through Friday within 15 miles of the dealership. We can also provide Kia loaner vehicles if while under warranty, your vehicle becomes inoperative or if the needed repair takes longer than an 8-hour period.
Q: What credit cards do you accept?
A: We accept most major credit cards such as MasterCard, Visa, and Discover.
Q: What do I do when my tire pressure monitor light comes on?
A: For purposes of safety, please do not ignore the monitor light. First, you need to check the pressure of each tire. If one is low, please bring the vehicle to the dealership and we will inspect your vehicle's tires for you.
Q: Is touch-up paint available for my car?
A: Yes, our parts department carries most colors in stock for your convenience.
Q: If I lose my car keys, how do I get a replacement?
A: Replacement keys are ordered using the vehicle identification number. Kia guidelines require us to verify ownership; therefore; please bring proof of ownership such as vehicle registration and a picture identification. Keys are not returnable, so all key orders are prepaid.
